Although, Tom Price (PC Andy) tweeted a not so subtle remark about celebrating the new series, etc. So, I think I can say 90% positive he'll be in it. <3 Andy
The fandom is frothing atm between "not watching it because of Ianto dying" and "begging for James Marsters to come back as Hart" to which I belong in the latter camp :D
